DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO WATCH VIDEO THROUGH THE APP?

Watching a live video stream can consume a lot of data.

If you’re using the Gemporia app on your phone then we suggest that you only do so when you’re connected to a WiFi signal, or if you have a large data allowance on your mobile phone plan. There’s a handy toggle switch in the Settings area of the phone app to set whether you want to view video when you are using a mobile phone signal.

Does it cost anything to watch video through the app.

CAN I SEND A MESSAGE TO THE STUDIO WITHOUT MY NAME?

Yes, of course. If you want to send a message to the studio, but don’t want your name displayed, just tick the ‘Post Anonymously’ box when you send the message.

IS THE APP AVAILABLE FOR WINDOWS PHONE?

We don’t have plans to launch an app for Windows Phone at the moment, but you should still be able to watch us live by going to the website www.gemporia.in on your phone.
